IT´S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY NEVER WAS
The truth is that the way you experience or feel your life has nothing to do with your economic situation, the things you can afford or not. If you focus on that and live your life for that, you will never find fulfillment or happiness that you are looking for, because money really doesn't give you happiness What it does give you is the ability to have a sense of security and some peace of mind, but that is if you use it in the right way. And yes, we definitely need it and we have to work for it, because if we don't, nobody else will do it for us. So move your ass bitch If you feel like you're not comfortable with your life or you feel like your life is literally shit (because that's how I felt), I'm going to give you some advice that helped me and could help you get out of that deep hole you're in.
IT'S TIME TO CLEAN
That was your face when you read that hahaha I know, I know sometimes cleaning isn't the best but let me explain to you. Life is based on the experiences we live every day and how we feel about them. The people we see, the food we eat, the series we see etc I'll give you an example
imagine you're going to a prison and when you enter it's a prison full of rats with all the walls stained the doors dirty the people sleeping on the floo. how would you feel? I don't think you're going to have the best experience or feel very good
now imagine going to a jail but it's a jail where the walls are clean the floor is clean everything is orderly and by sectors I'm sure you would feel differently and, well, prisons are not places where most people want to go for fun, but the fact that you are in a clean prison is going to make your visit more pleasant.
your room
Your room has to be your temple. It's the space where you spend most of your time, and if you don't have a partner (like me) you spend your time alone. It's where your day ends and you can give yourself some space to do a recap of how you've felt that day That is why it is so important to have your room clean and, most importantly, make it your own by adding things that you like and make you happy.
I am starting to remodel my room now and I won't lie to you, I have already given up once before and it's only been two days haha but the truth is that I am doing it all by myself and when I say remodel I mean remodel in a big way.
I started painting all the walls yesterday, in case you don't have the money now to do that you can simply clean them and believe me, they change. I put music and it became a little more fun also it's a moment where you're focusing all your energy on something where you can disconnect for a moment from the chaos of the outside world and simply enjoy doing it by myself it has made me realize that I am capable of many things and that I do not need anyone to achieve anything, it can go from painting a wall to bigger things, NEVER FORGET IT I recommend doing it all at once because I have the time if you don't, you can start with one wall and then another. Honestly, if you put your attention into it, you will be able to know yourself a lot.
